Sephora

Sephora started in 1969 as a visionary beauty-retail concept. This was later owned by Paris-based LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton in 1997.

Today, Sephora’s products have 200 classic brands and other emerging products in skin care, bath and body, fragrance, smilecare, color and hair care.

Sephora also managed to instill knowledge among their professional product consultants the “Science of Sephora”. The aim of this program is to develop their skill in identifying skin types, skin physiology, make-up history, application methods, creating fragrances and interaction with Sephora’s multitude of clienteles. Sephora’s determination in creating its vision opened a wider scope of training facility, the Sephora University located in San Francisco in 2007.

These world-class beauty experts are open to assist clienteles online and wherever Sephora shops are located. Sephora expanded to about 515 stores in 14 countries outside US.
